Established by IMILLING’s leadership, the company’s premium milling center focused on implant prosthetics, MIST’s goal is to help dental laboratories remain profitable while helping meet the rising demand for implant prosthetics.
While IMILLING enjoyed a growing following, MIST remained virtually unknown by the lab community. This was due in part to an existing marketing program that lacked a comprehensive, coordinated PR/editorial effort, corporate and product positioning messages that were unclear, minimal association with the more popular milling center, and merely time.
Positioning MIST as one of the few companies able to provide truly affordable turnkey solutions for the in-house milling of complex titanium implant prosthetics, as well as associating the company with IMILLING, CGT Dental Marketing launched an aggressive print and electronic product and brand awareness ad campaign coupled with intensive print and online PR activity. CGT also provided trade show support with targeted direct mail and email sends driving booth traffic.
